
ABOUT
A.T. Sports is a sports coaching business with a mission is to instruct you about the importance of physical fitness, to teach you new skills as you develop your technique, and to inspire you to set & achieve new goals!

Lessons are 1hr long (5-10min of stretching, 5-10min warm-up, 15min skills & drills, 10min cardio, 5min game, 5min workout, and a 10min cool down)
​
Equipment needs will be discussed prior to the lesson; all beginner students will be provided with basic equipment.

GYMNASTICS TRAINING
​
Beginner students will learn how to forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, bridge, handstand, and how to do a round-off.
​
Intermediate students will learn a one handed cartwheel, a back bend, a front walk-over, a back hand-spring, a front hand-spring, and how to perform an aerial.
​
Advanced students will learn how to do everything learned in Intermediate with opposite hand as well as, a backflip, a front flip, and a front aerial.


SOCCER TRAINING

Beginner students will learn basic dribbling, passing, shooting, and blocking. Some of the drills will be toe taps, side to sides, defending and attacking the ball.
​
Intermediate students will learn precision shooting, juggling with feet and knees, how to strike a ball properly with laces while passing. and how to defend an attacker.
​
Advanced students will learn skill moves, ball positioning, and power shooting, with extreme cardio and dynamic workouts. As well as using both feet equally for shooting and passing.


STRENGTH TRAINING
​
Beginner students will start off with body weight. They will learn proper breathing techniques and form. They will work with their biceps, triceps, and chest.
​
Intermediate students will learn how to properly use weights. Starting with low weight and high reps, focusing on control in order to lock in their form.
​
Advanced students will learn how about pacing and how to put together workouts of their own. The main focus dynamic workouts, will be engaging multiple muscle groups at once.
